We are pleased to announce that our charity raffle at this year's ABFA Annual Dinner which took place on Thursday 27th May 2010 at the Grosvenor House Hotel raised just over £14,000 for the Gene Machine. This is the biggest amount we have ever raised at the Annual Dinner and the money raised will be going towards the funding of Research Scientists at the Haematology Department, Manchester Royal Infirmary.
The Gene Machine, a leukaemia charity founded by Hilary Craft at Regency Factors, is busy supporting the work at the Manchester Royal Infirmary to help diagnosis and fight cancer at an earlier stage, thereby improving survival rates.
We cannot thank you all enough for your generous donations in support of such a worthwhile cause!!
If you are interested in supporting Gene Machine charity you can either sending a cheque to Regency Factors to Ann Ablett's attention (payable to the Gene Machine Charity) or you can ring Ann and she can always take a card payment over the phone from you.
Details of Regency's address and telephone number can be found at - http://www.regencyfactors.co.uk/.
Thank you very much to everyone that gave so generously.
