Payment

Once the booking has been received an invoice will automatically be sent to you. Upon receipt of the invoice please send all payments CLEARLY MARKED WITH THE INVOICE NUMBER, WHICH STUDENT AND COURSE made payable to FDA Educational Foundation to the Administration Office, Factors and Discounters Association, 2nd Floor, Boston House, The Little Green, Richmond, TW9 1QE. Tel: 020 8332 9955 Fax: 020 8332 2585.

NO VAT is applicable for FDA Educational Foundation courses. Course material will be issued immediately after payment is received and the registration deadline has passed.

Deferral Cancellation Policy

Any deferrals must be made in writing from the student's Line Manager/Training Manager.
Certificate deferrals are subject to an administrative fee of £100.
