This Foundation Course has been developed as an introduction to the ABFA's Distance Learning Programme. It is designed to assist staff to obtain a general understanding of the workings of the industry together with an increased awareness of client expectations and issues. The course is the first in a three-stage programme and focuses on the general operating procedures. It will allow participants to relate the course material directly to their own organisation whilst increasing their awareness of general industry practices.
